Our Origin
Story
The Plant Stand was born out of a tragic event—having to sell all our plants before moving. (Moment of silence, please.) After moving back to the Utica-area and realizing the local plant-shopping scene was lacking, we knew we had to do something about it.
And just like that, The Plant Stand sprouted into existence.
What started as a way to rebuild our own indoor jungle quickly grew into a space for others to do the same—bringing together a community of plant lovers who want to create homes they’re proud of.
